Context
Fashion houses hold physical archives with no digital equivalent. ALTR gave brands, creators and institutions a way to digitize, showcase and commercialize them.
Problem
High-fidelity 3D garments are heavy. The web experience had to feel like a luxury showroom on hardware that was never designed for it.
Architecture
- React Three Fiber and Three.js rendering layer with Google Model Viewer fallbacks.
- Custom CMS so internal teams could publish without engineering.
- Asset pipeline for optimizing and compressing 3D models before publication.
What I built
- 3D fashion experiences with interactive hotspots, HDRs and environment configuration.
- A CMS platform for internal publishing.
- A model optimization tool for the design team.
- Front-end and back-end systems end to end.
Technology
Three.jsReact Three FiberWebGLGoogle Model ViewerReactNode.js
Hard parts
- Load budgets versus visual fidelity on mid-range devices.
- Giving non-technical teams control of 3D content without breaking scenes.
Outcome
An immersive digital fashion platform with a repeatable asset pipeline the design team could run themselves.

Tell me what you're building — and what's blocking it.
If the problem sits somewhere between financial infrastructure, product and engineering, there's a good chance I can help.
